Through our partnership with Schüco, we can integrate advanced air-lux gasket sealing technology into the pivot door system, ensuring exceptional ease of use and superior airtight and weather-resistant performance.
Pivot doors, swing open on a central rotational axis and allow for the installation of strikingly large door leaves, offering a bold alternative to traditional side-hung entrances. With level thresholds and floor-to-ceiling installation options, they combine stunning design with uncompromising functionality.
Standard and custom-made large sizes
A standard pivot door leaf can have a maximum area of 10m2 and weigh up to 500kg. Larger 5m W x 3m H doors can span 15m2.
Doors can be custom designed to a maximum weight of 1500kg, and glass upto 60mm thick can be accommodated. Security features such as alarm glass and bullet-proof safety glass can be incorporated into the door.
Seamless operation
The pivot door is effortlessly operated from inside via a push button integrated into the frame or wall, while external access is managed through a smart home system, entry code, or conventional access control. A magnetic contact triggers the auto-lock function upon closing, securing the door after a preset time. Simultaneously, the air-lux inflatable ring seals fill with air, creating a full perimeter seal for superior airtightness.
Engineered for precision, the door's movement remains smooth and controlled, even with large, heavy panels. A specially developed hinge system—mounted centrally or off-center—supports rotational angles from 90° to 360°, ensuring seamless operation of even the largest and heaviest doors.
